Return & Refund Policy

This policy clarifies how withdrawals and refunds are handled for digital templates and facilitation packs purchased from our catalogue. Printed matter shipped by courier follows separate return instructions on the delivery note.

Digital content

Because files are supplied through immediate download links, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be waived once you begin downloading and explicitly consent to early performance. Where the law does not permit waiver, you may withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons if access has not yet started.

Defective deliveries

If a delivered archive is damaged or incomplete, contact us with the invoice number and a short description. We replace files at no charge or offer a refund to the original payment method when replacement is not practical.

Customised work

Bespoke facilitation designs produced after a signed statement of work are billed according to that agreement. Cancellations follow the milestones outlined there.

How to request assistance

Email info@velmorinuochran.world with “Returns” in the subject line, including the purchase email and date. We reply with the next steps within five business days when volume allows.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission hosts an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration but remain open to structured dialogue.
